It’s no secret that I’m a huge baker. These days, I’m trying out a new baked good recipe at least bi-weekly. I’ve definitely found “flow” in baking! (You can read more about the concept of flow here in my discussion with Kelsey Finley.)
Today, per the results of my Instagram poll, I am making chai spiced breakfast buns, also called cruffins. It’s definitely a level up and takes 17+ hours to make, but I’m excited to see the results!
Over the last month, I’ve made cardamom buns (my fave!), semlor, and super fluffy cinnamon buns. Below are my baking essentials that I use to make all these (and more!) delicious pastries.
